FAQs

How can I agree my stand sponsorship level?​

With a member of the Nisa trading team, you should agree your sponsorship level before registering

How do I register once I have agreed my sponsorship level?​

You will receive an invitation to register from the Nisa Events Team within a week of confirming with the trading team

What product information can I display?​

Partners will be able to download any documents you choose to display on your stand, please see the stand specification document for further information

 

How will I interact with partners?​

Partners will have early access to the platform where they will browse the deals and book appointments directly with you and your colleagues. Partners will be required to book and attend a certain number of appointments to access the deals​

How will you ensure partners will be engaged when it is virtual?​

1:1 Appointments, downloadable content, live chat available, category talks with tracked attendance, supplier competitions, best practice sessions​

How will the 1:1 appointments work?​

It’s a bit like Zoom but better. You’ll access 1:1 Video chats with partners from your personalised calendar​

How will I manage my staffing on the day?​

By accessing your personalised company dashboard you will be able to view your diary of appointments and staff accordingly

How are partners going to book the deals?​

The partners will book their deals via the deals tab visible to them on the portal​

What is live chat?​

Partners can live chat without appointments with suppliers, remember to have someone free for this​

Can I offer product samples to partners?

Yes you can, upon registration you will be asked if you would like to offer the partners a product sample. Please note if you would like to offer a product sample you are responsible for sending the product out the partner and any costs involved in the logistics. If upon registration you advise you would like to offer a product sample we we add a request a sample functionality to your stand to capture the partners contact details and delivery address
