Can I amend my Stand Registration after I have submitted it?
Yes, once you have registered you will receive an email containing login details that will allow you to access your registration and make amendments. Alternatively please put any amendments in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I combine two stands to create a bigger space?
Yes this is possible. Please contact XSEM to discuss further on 0113 394 6131 or by emailing email@example.com.

Set-Up Day - Monday 23rd March
Please do not arrive any earlier than 9.00am. No display materials or merchandise can be delivered to the NAEC Stoneleigh before Monday 23rd March as there are no storage facilities. Responsibility will not be taken for merchandise delivered to unmanned exhibition stands.
Exhibition Stand Equipment
Each shell scheme stand will have an electrical socket, 1.3 metre fascia with company name panel, fluorescent light fitting, small table and two chairs. If you require any further equipment please add this to your online registration.
Exhibitors must not bring any food or drink for hospitality purposes into the Exhibition Area. However, suppliers will be able to offer sampling in a sensible manner on their stand. They must supply their own disposables and must not walk the show floor with samples unless they have selected this as part of their sponsorship. Exhibitors who are cooking food or serving hot drinks from their stands must document this on their risk assessment document and complete the venue’s Intent to Supply Food or Beverage Form, both of which are available to download on the exhibitor documents page.
Prices include complimentary refreshments and lunches for executives involved in set up and manning of the stands.
Please note that Nisa Retail Partners may attend the exhibition on either Tuesday 24th or Wednesday 25th March and stands should be manned accordingly with relevant price information available.
The Exhibition will be closed to new visitors at 1.30pm and the Exhibition will close to Partners at 3.00pm on Wednesday 25th March.
Stock MUST NOT be removed from the stands until after this time. From 3.00pm exhibitors will have 30 minutes to organise their stock before nominated charities will have access to remove any unwanted stock. From 4.30pm all stands will be dismantled and must be cleared by no later than 8.30pm.
